A New Ballpark

Designed for a new franchise in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, the new stadium and tournament complex fits into the City of Va Beach athletic campus. The Atlantic League is independent baseball's highest performing league with many ballplayers come to and from the Major leagues.

The stadium will boast multiple concessions with specialty offerings, a childrens playground, party deck on multiple levels, a tiki bar, 12 luxury suites, box seating, a VIP lounge and bar - all set off of a 360 degree concourse around the ballpark.

The tournament complex is designed to host baseball and softball games from age 7 through adults of all ages. Concessions, restrooms, shops and other player/visitor amenitites are planned nearby.

Early sketches and concept drawings were used to generate materials to aid community stakeholder meetings, take input, and incorporate ideas and comments to truly develop a community based ballpark for the families and sports fans of the City.

Athletic Campus

Beyond the stadium and tournament complex was the master plan and the integration wiht the VA Beach Athletic Campus that already held indoor sports facilities, the VB PSortplex for Rectangular sports, and Municipal athletic complex hosting both diamond and rectangular sports.
