Dan has more than 46 years of experience as an architect, including more than 30 years as a Principal. Dan has experienced all sides and avenues of the industry through planning, design, construction and administration, feasibility studies, conceptual design and research and analysis for programming of literally hundred of projects. His fields of expertise range from municipal to educational, religious, commercial, industrial, and governmental. Dan was Charter President in 1977 for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Tidewater Virginia Chapter, and has served on various AIA committees. He is actively involved in supporting the Boy Scouts of America. Dan is NCARB certified and has taught courses for the Virginia Tech Graduate Program. He holds licensure in the State of Virginia and North Carolina. |
