Richard earned his BARCH, Architecture, from Hampton University. With more than 25 years in the business, Richard has an extensive background working with governmental organizations, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. He has also worked on many religious, educational and municipal projects.
