SEAL Team Facility

Little Creek Amphibious Naval Base in Virginia Beach, Virginia is home to this 80,000 sq foot LEED Silver Operations Complex that was completed in 2009. The facility consists of bays for SEAL delivery vehicle maintenance, high bays with a bridge crane for dry deck, shelter maintenance, maintenance shops, locker storage with showers, and incidental spaces on the ground floor.

A second story consists of SEAL Team offices, training, and classroom spaces. A portion of the building was designed for blast resistance to satisfy the minimum Anti-terrorism/Force Protection. All offices are provided with day-lighting, sun screening, and outside views.
